Become a master tradesperson by undertaking training at Federation TAFE, in Carpentry, Joinery, Furniture Making or Cabinet Making. Pre-apprenticeship and Apprenticeship pathways available. Let us guide you through your apprenticeship, with our teachers who know what it's like starting out in the industry, having been apprentices themselves.

After spending some time on the tools, upskill with our Certificate IV Building & Construction (CPC40110), obtain your builders registration or study our Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC50210).

Learn the skills to manage commercial & domestic construction sites as Construction Project Manager or even run a small to medium building business. Make your mark in Australia’s growing construction industry with our Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying (CPC60115), You will become an expert in residential and commercial construction methods and materials along with assessment and advice on the compliance of these builds, and you will make a significant contribution to the development and construction of our built environment. So if you love combining theory and practice, this course could be the fit for you.

Set yourself up for the future, undertake a pre-apprenticeship in Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Electrical or Bricklaying. At our state-of-the-art training facility, we deliver training which equips our students with the skills and knowledge to be productive employees in an ever-changing industry.

Our professional staff are highly respected for their individual skills and knowledge gained while operating within their vocational fields, and maintain extensive contacts within industry, keeping them abreast of innovation and development. Our training is mainly face-to-face and offsite, however we are increasingly incorporating the latest digital technology to complement our training methods.
